KNITTING & FABRIC
We have our own high speed circular knitted fabric production unit with production capacity of
3000 Kgs per day. With varies diameter, The machine 24 GG, 4 Track machine which can
produce different kind of fabric like Single jersey, Air Tex., Thick pick,2 thread fleece, 4 track
design, yarn dyed strips, and also we can knit with spandex yarn to have elastin effect on the
garments and also we have brand new Mayer & Cie machine from germany 28 GG to prodcue
fine fabric for inner garment, ladies tops which give very smooth filling of fabric and finest
quality. We out soucring fabric which are not produced ion in our factory like Interlock, Drop,
Rib 1 X 1 Rib 2X2, 3 three fleece, Loop knit, Blended fabric, Velour fabric, Rib mini / full
jacquard fabrics, Auto stripes fabric, Polar Fleece, Terry, e.t.c

DYEING
We have our own ultra modern dyeing house with capacity of 5 tons per day
with ZLD norms approved by TNPCB
COMPACTING
Compacting process is done to control shrinkage of fabric and give quality fine to
end product, production capacity of this machine 4 ton per day
Mersanfor Felt compacting & Tube tex shoe type Tubular compacting
machines.
PRODUCTION
The stitching department is equipped with a range of imported and indigenous
machinery to make any contemporary style garment with perfection. Proper
machine ratio and excellent skill set give impeccable shape to the garment.
Experienced and well trained pattern masters, supervisors and tailors are
supplemented by latest machines. The department will soon have Computer aided
pattern

Lectura Auto cutter and spreader machines with CAD, auto lay maker,
